The Brevard Hispanic Center’s mission is to create a more just society without poverty, where individuals, families, and communities have equal opportunities to develop their talents and fully exercise their rights. As an organization, we are committed to providing charitable assistance that encourages and promotes multicultural integration and personalized support in various areas, including health, education, housing, family assistance, immigration, employment, financial development, and art and cultural education.
We recognize that many individuals face challenges in accessing these essential services. However, the Brevard Hispanic Center connects people with the necessary resources through our network of programs and collaborating institutions. We dedicate ourselves to supporting those integrating into the American way of life by providing access to vital resources and fostering partnerships with organizations that share our mission.
Our comprehensive efforts aim to empower individuals and families through a wide range of support and guidance. We are dedicated to addressing the diverse needs of our community, ensuring that everyone, regardless of their background or circumstances, has access to the resources and opportunities necessary for personal and professional growth. By promoting multicultural integration, facilitating access to vital services, and emphasizing art and cultural education, we contribute to the overall well-being and success of individuals and families in our community.
At the Brevard Hispanic Center, we believe in collaboration’s power and personalized assistance’s importance. We work tirelessly to connect individuals with the resources they need to thrive and succeed in pursuing the American dream. By providing a wide range of services and acting as a bridge between communities and institutions, we play a vital role in supporting individuals as they navigate their journey toward a better future.
Collaboration is at the heart of the Brevard Hispanic Center’s mission. We welcome and encourage individuals, organizations, and institutions that share our vision of a more inclusive and equitable society. Together, we can make a significant difference in the lives of those we serve and create lasting positive change within our community.
I appreciate your support and for joining us in our mission to empower individuals, promote multicultural integration, provide essential services, and enrich lives through art and cultural education.

Purpose
To achieve multicultural integration and to connect the Hispanic community both in Spanish and English with businesses, government entities, civic organizations and individuals in areas of education, health, job placement, economic development, family assistance and immigration.
Mission Statement
The Brevard Hispanic Center, operating as the Delacruz Volunteer Clinic, is dedicated to improving the quality of life for underserved and multicultural communities by providing accessible, culturally competent services in health, education, arts and culture, and social support. Our mission is to eliminate barriers to care through compassionate, patient-centered services delivered in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. We are now fully including the Brazilian and broader Portuguese-speaking community by integrating Portuguese into all our communication, outreach, and service delivery. We advance this mission through key initiatives, including our English Language Integration program, the Delacruz Volunteer Clinic, our mental health program through the Nuevo Horizonte Support Team, and the Painting Smiles of Brevard program, which integrates art into healing and community engagement. We empower individuals and families while supporting internationally trained healthcare professionals in reentering the medical field. Through our integrated programs, we promote equity, dignity, cultural expression, and opportunity for all members of our diverse community.
